At BOOM Headshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; however, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is completely unused, free of any residue, and still in its original retail packaging with all tags attached.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the unused item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in a sturdy box with plenty of padding to prevent breakage during transit, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back using a trackable shipping service; once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
